Are you specifically trained in the treatments you offer?

 

Yes. As well as undertaking five years of medical training, followed by further post-graduate training, Dr Chris had to undertake a separate course in Botox, Lip Fillers and Dermal Fillers in order to get his certificate. He was trained by one of the largest medical aesthetic trainers in the UK. As well as this he is fully registered with the General Medical Council, the statutory license board for doctors in the UK. Full insurance is in place which covers all the treatments on offer.

Do you offer a FREE consultation?

 

Before we start any treatment it is important that you feel comfortable with the person you’re dealing with. We offer a FREE no obligation health screen to ensure you’re suitable for treatment and a discussion of your needs!

Whilst some of the bigger companies will charge for this service we feel it should be FREE!

 

Dr Chris is happy to offer you this FREE consultation at the clinic, or, as requested by previous clients, to save you time, he is more than happy to have a phone consultation. Or if you would prefer a face to face consult, you can even Skype or Facetime him!

 

 

Are you able to offer treatments at home?

 

Ideally, treatments are carried out in our specifically designed clinic, as this offers a clean, safe environment. However, if you would prefer to recieve the treatment at home, then as long as you have a clean environment in which to do it, Dr Chris will be happy to come out to you (depending on distance) for a charge of £25.

 

 

When are you available?

 

Due to NHS work, Dr Chris's schedule can be variable but he will work around a time that is convenient for you. It is best to contact him regarding appointments, or check out our online booking system.

 

 

Do you offer a follow up meeting?

 

Routinely we do not offer follow up meetings. Although we used to offer them, most of our clients did not turn up because they were happy with results. However if you would like to discuss anything after your procedure, he is more than happy to be contacted, and if necessary, arrange a follow up meeting free of charge.

 

 

What is your payment policy?

 

If you decide you would like to continue with treatment with us then great! You can pay by a number of ways, whichever is most convenient to you.

Most people choose to pay with debit/credit card on the day. However, if you would prefer to pay using good old fashioned, then that is fine too.

Alternatively, bank transfers and cheques must be cleared prior to the day of treatment.

 

 

Are there special discounts / offers?

 

As you can see, our costs are extremely competitive, especially for the service we offer. Despite this we are able to offer you two types of discount.

Refer a friend – If you are happy with our service and pleased with the results of your treatment, then great. Maybe you can help us spread the word, why not refer a friend? If your friend subsequently continues through with treatment, we can offer you £5 off your next treatment AND your friend £5 off their first treatment. We know £5 isn’t a lot, but neither are our prices! Think of it more of a symbol of our gratitude for your custom.
